At LUXEQAFLOWERS.AE, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. Each floral arrangement is handcrafted with care and delivered fresh to ensure a beautiful and memorable experience. If, however, something is not as expected, we are here to assist.

Perishable Nature of Flowers

As flowers are a perishable product, refunds are not offered once an order has been successfully delivered, except in cases where the product is proven to be defective or significantly different from what was ordered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the arrangement and packaging. Upon verification, we will gladly offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement arrangement of equal value
  • A store credit for future use
  • A partial or full refund, where applicable

Floral Variations

Due to seasonal availability and the handcrafted nature of our designs, slight variations in flower type, color, or arrangement style may occur. These variations do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for refunds or replacements, provided the overall value and aesthetic are maintained.

Non-Delivery & Delivery Issues

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the delivery, the order will be considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund. Redelivery may be arranged at an additional charge.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified before preparation begins. Once an order is in preparation or out for delivery, cancellations are no longer possible.

Promotional & Discounted Items

Items purchased during promotions, special offers, or sales are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

Resolution & Final Decision

All refund or replacement requests are reviewed carefully. LUXEQAFLOWERS.AE reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refunds, replacements, or credits in accordance with this policy.
